That’s what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.* We are seeking a Service Electromechanic II whose mission is to coordinate and execute field equipment installation activities per project specifications, aiming to meet delivery deadlines, cost targets, and predefined quality standards. Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic adjustments of machines/equipment to maintain them in optimal operating condition. **Job Description** * Execute the agreed-upon project scope: install and/or replace components, reprogram, test, and release for production. Prepare and submit service-related reports per established procedures. * Visit customers to assess existing plant conditions for equipment installation. * Coordinate and guide third-party installation teams, assigning tasks and providing necessary technical support to fulfill project requirements. * Monitor and evaluate physical progress of the worksite against scheduled timelines, identifying required actions to prevent delays. Inspect and approve completed work. * Coordinate and/or perform equipment start-up services. * Facilitate customer acceptance of project completion by presenting the delivery protocol. Suggest improvements to the installation process. * Perform assembly operations. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and/or regulations related to work processes, quality management systems, environment, health, safety, labor legislation, and safeguard documentation under one’s responsibility; maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum relevant work experience. * Familiarity with standard equipment, process bridges, and chain hoists. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. * Knowledge of frequency converters and inverters; compliance with NRs 01, 06, and 10 (mandatory); NRs 11 and 35 desirable. * Desirable knowledge in electronics * Desirable knowledge in industrial automation * Proficiency with Word and Outlook. * Valid driver’s license (Category B) * Updated administrative routine practices **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Employee Assistance Program – Lifeworks (psychological counseling, social assistance, financial consulting, and legal advisory). * Fully covered medical assistance for employees; only co-payment applies. * Dental assistance. * Life insurance. * Meal allowance. * On-site cafeteria or meal voucher (VR), depending on position. * We provide specialized training on high-quality products, supply all required equipment and PPE, and support you with excellent corporate work practices and a comprehensive training program. **What Makes Us Special:** We offer a stimulating and challenging role within a multicultural and global team.
