Professional development with training and career growth #### **About the role:** The sommelier is a wine and beverage specialist responsible for guiding customers in selecting the best options, pairing beverages with menu dishes, and ensuring a unique experience in gastronomic establishments. This position requires in-depth knowledge of wine types, producing regions, tasting techniques, and proper service.
