Job Objective** The Collections Operator is primarily responsible for contacting delinquent customers, negotiating outstanding debts, and proposing solutions that enable financial regularization, while maintaining respectful relationships aligned with company guidelines and current legislation. **2\. Main Responsibilities** * Conduct proactive and reactive contact for overdue payments; * Negotiate payment terms, amounts, and methods; * Update registration data in the system; * Record contact information and agreements reached; * Issue bank slips and forward negotiation proposals; * Monitor agreed-upon terms and control delinquency; * Meet individual and collective targets. **3\. Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school (undergraduate studies in progress preferred). **Experience:** Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or customer service is considered a plus. **Knowledge:** Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office suite, and management systems. **4\.
