Know, experience, and be able to explain Magrass protocols, foods, services provided at the clinic, and usage of the Magrass Clube App. · Accurately register customers in the system. · Schedule customers and correct errors or potential inconsistencies in the system. Update statuses immediately and complete procedures with the appropriate professional. · Manage WhatsApp inquiries. · Present the service agreement contract. · Receive customer payments. · Open and close cash register operations. · Provide friendly and welcoming in-person and telephone customer service.
