Your tasks * Analyze, develop, and promote innovation in performance management. * Monitor the actions of participants in performance\-related changes under your responsibility. * Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), to identify areas for improvement. * Track and report on equipment downtime and availability, support on corrective actions to minimize machine unavailability. * Support root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence. * Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. * Analyze quality\-related costs, including scrap, rework, and warranty claims, to identify cost\-saving opportunities. * Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs. * Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement initiatives. * Evaluate and recommend investments in new technologies and equipment upgrades to improve overall performance.
