They must also inspect and repair building structures, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, heating, and security systems (e.g., alarms). The role further involves installation and maintenance of ventilation systems, manual repairs (e.g., locks, glass), and conservation tasks (e.g., painting, carpentry). Adherence to operational standards and contribution to workplace quality and safety are required.
