We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion. **Job Description** **Performing embedded software/system download in trucks** **Troubleshooting** (problem analysis and resolution) **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** Working with **automotive protocols**, such as **CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet** Using **software tools**, such as **CANalyzer, CANoe**, and specific **diagnostic tools** Flexibility to work with **Electrical Hardware Design** (e.g., **alternators, batteries, power switches, flexible switches, DC\-DC converters, etc.**) Basic product documentation in CREO and KOLA; **Qualifications** Proficiency in **KOLA (reading)** is mandatory. Experience with **ESW used in troubleshooting**, knowledge of **Electronic/Electrical Systems**, and competencies in **Root Cause Analysis** are mandatory. Knowledge of **CREO** is required; basic level is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of **ASPICE**; Knowledge of **electrical component development**; Basic knowledge of **electrical harnesses (wiring).**
