Handling labor-related routines and e-Social **JOB: HR ANALYST** **Company:** Nórdica Veículos – Volvo Dealership **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer benefits (Transportation Voucher, Health Plan, Dental Plan, Cafeteria, Shuttle Service, Pharmacy, Life Insurance, TotalPass) * Report values in DIRF; * Monitor vacation due dates, schedule requests, and generate payments; * Payroll-related routines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Administration or Human Resources Management. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience with payroll, labor charges, time tracking, occupational safety, benefits, hiring, termination, vacations, e-Social, and labor-related routines, etc. **Benefits:** * On-site meals * Transportation voucher * Health plan * Dental and pharmacy plans * TotalPass **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Location:** Nórdica Veículos – Volvo Dealership Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree * On-site meals * Health plan * Transportation voucher * Dental assistance
