Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and managing inventory, verifying invoices, maintaining organization, resolving logistical issues, and tracking and distributing telecommunications equipment. Fleet monitoring and warranty processes (RMA) **Responsibilities** Monitor and manage inventory of materials required for telecommunications service delivery, place orders when necessary, and ensure material availability while avoiding overstock or shortages. Verify incoming invoices upon goods receipt, checking quantity and quality of products, entering data into the inventory control system, and labeling products; Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Resolve logistical issues such as delivery delays, damaged goods, or supplier-related problems. Track telecommunications service orders, identify equipment requirements for customer service, and provide materials and tools to technical support teams; Record information related to goods movement, including inventory inflows and outflows, and equipment recovery and distribution status, to maintain accurate records. Distribute equipment and verify its return, ensuring items are in good working condition; Prepare documents, complete forms and control sheets, maintain updated records, files, and documentation; Handle equipment warranty processes — RMA; Monitor fleet operations, provide daily fuel balance updates, and conduct periodic vehicle inspections to schedule possible repairs and maintenance; Take action regarding company vehicle insurance, when necessary; Assist in organizing events, meetings, or special activities; and other duties relevant to this position. **Qualifications** Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word; Experience in procurement or warehouse operations; Valid driver's license (CNH); We are seeking a dynamic, proactive individual who enjoys challenges
