In this role, you can make a difference through the
**following responsibilities:**
Support the implementation of activity planning conducted with students in both indoor and outdoor settings;
Follow educational and pastoral guidelines, adapting them to local realities;
Monitor students’ daily routines, observing and recording attendance and development;
Actively participate in pedagogical meetings and take advantage of professional development opportunities provided;
Collaborate in pedagogical organizational dynamics, assisting the lead teacher in parent communication and substituting when necessary;
Maintain unit facilities and materials, encouraging alternative material use through recycling;
Foster a healthy work environment aligned with best management practices and the Marista Code of Conduct.
**To succeed in this role, you must have:**
**Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or Teacher Education programs.
