Additionally, the program aims to train students by providing opportunities to develop projects and activities across various departments of the company. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technology degree program aligned with the operational requirements, with graduation scheduled from December 2027\. **Desired Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * English language skills. **Desired Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to learn quickly; * Team-oriented mindset.
