Together, let’s keep being a source of pride! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Some daily challenges:** * Deliver training to workforce using ISs (Instruction Sheets) * Conduct FVSs (Field Verification Sheets) and Non-Conformance Reports with subcontracted workforce * Update the Visual Management Dashboard * Update the construction schedule board * Maintain and control quality management documents * Maintain and control project revisions (as released in BIM 360) * Assist the warehouse manager in monitoring construction material consumption * Conduct project takeoffs for budget verification * Record meeting minutes during meetings **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must-have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Diploma in Building Construction (completed or in progress) * Prior experience in the role at construction sites * Organization/Control * Proactivity **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Salary: BRL 2,800.00 * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher (VT) * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Medical and Dental Assistance And much more is coming! * Since 2012, we have fulfilled the dream of homeownership for thousands of people.
