Main Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing doughs for sale; * Assist in assembling sweets and savory snacks according to company-established criteria; * Package products appropriately for counter sales; * Shape sweets according to product mix and company-established criteria; * Maintain aesthetic quality of products offered for sale; * Keep the department clean and organized at all times, following company-defined procedures and sanitary inspection regulations; * Monitor product expiration dates; * Remove unsuitable products or those with damaged packaging from the counter; * Serve customers according to company-specified service standards; * Follow operational procedures required for the position; * Demonstrate initiative and a sense of organization and aesthetics; * Be committed to tasks and to the team. Mandatory Requirements: * Commitment to and responsibility for assigned tasks; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Sense of organization and attention to aesthetic quality of products; * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene; * Willingness to comply with food safety regulations and internal procedures. This position is open to candidates aged 18 years or older.
