**Position Description \| Responsibilities**

* Control material inflows and outflows;
* Ensure system records are accurate;
* Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels;
* Prevent material shortages or overstocks;
* Verify received materials against invoices and purchase orders;
* Ensure correct material identification;
* Plan and execute rotating and periodic inventories;
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies;
* Track inventory KPIs;
* Support internal and external audits.
**Profile \| Education and Knowledge**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
* Knowledge of material inflow and outflow control;
* Experience verifying invoices and purchase orders;
* Inventory organization and location management;
* Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office suite);
* Familiarity with inventory practices, stock accuracy, and material control;
* Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP / SAP).
