Job Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and supporting all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities at the plant using the SAP PM system. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and reporting of Performance Indicators (KPIs) Responsible for planning, scheduling, and supporting all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities at the plant, using the SAP system (PM module) to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and asset availability while minimizing downtime and controlling maintenance costs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and manage the annual maintenance plan to ensure all critical assets have defined, scheduled preventive, predictive, and lubrication maintenance plans aimed at maximizing availability and reliability; use the SAP PM module to create, review, and schedule recurring Work Orders (WOs), defining frequency, scope, and required resources (spare parts, tools, personnel) in advance. * Keep the SAP PM module updated by maintaining and entering information generated from maintenance processes; * Optimize resource and workforce allocation to ensure maintenance teams are deployed efficiently, maximizing productivity and adherence to schedules, as well as balancing the maintenance backlog (volume of pending work); * Maintain asset integrity and history in SAP to ensure the system contains accurate and up-to-date information, serving as the single, reliable source of data for decision-making; audit and update the asset master data, their hierarchies, equipment trees, and accurately record the history of each completed maintenance activity (time, cost, tasks), closing the cycle of each WO in the system; * Analyze and report Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide clear insights into maintenance performance, identifying improvement opportunities and justifying investments; extract, process, and analyze reports generated by SAP (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, availability, and costs) and present them to management, suggesting corrective actions in planning; * Enter, track, and perform follow-up on procurement processes for the maintenance department through SAP MM module and Coupa; * Develop and maintain the annual maintenance schedule covering preventive, predictive, and lubrication maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical degree in electromechanics, mechanics, electronics, or electrotechnology; or currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. * Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis. * Knowledge of SAP system and project management principles. * Familiarity with maintenance performance and quality indicators. * Ability to interact effectively with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams. * Proactivity, resilience, commitment, and ease working in teams. * Flexibility regarding working hours. **Desirable Requirements** * Prior experience as a Maintenance Programmer. * Practical knowledge of TPM, 5S, and quality tools. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or related fields. * Knowledge of WCM. **Additional Information** **Tigre Way of Working**: On-site **Work Location**: Castro \- PR **Working Hours**: 08:00 \- 17:18 **We care about the well-being of our Tigers and offer the following benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Corporate citizenship: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
