Support for continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization We are seeking an intern to support the Processes and Projects area in monitoring routines, maintaining and updating processes/projects, thereby contributing to the standardization, organization, and continuous evolution of organizational processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor ongoing projects’ routines, supporting deadline tracking, status updates, and deliverables. * Update and maintain process documentation according to guidelines and standards defined by the area. * Assist in structuring and maintaining flowcharts, procedures, work instructions, and other process-related documents. * Establish and execute follow-up routines for departmental action plans, including follow-ups, status recording, and information consolidation. * Update information in the project and process management tools used by Gondaski Group. * Support in organizing monitoring meetings, recording minutes, action items, and action plans. * Assist in collecting, organizing, and consolidating process and project data and indicators. * Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives, as required by the area. * Create reports; * Report monthly KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering (Production, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or Food Engineering) **Additional Information**Meal allowance Lunch voucher Medical assistance Dental assistance Life insurance Gympass Auster Day Off ***Internship Schedule: 8:00 AM–11:30 AM / 1:00 PM–3:30 PM*** **About Gondaski Group** A holding company owning businesses specialized in various sectors.
