Job Summary: Manage and coordinate daily store operations, develop the team, and ensure activity execution and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate overall store operations 2. Implement and ensure execution of daily activities **Key Responsibilities:** * Train and supervise new employees * Implement and ensure execution of daily store activities * Develop the customer service team * Monitor order flow and WhatsApp-based customer service * Be responsible for store opening or closing (as per schedule) * Analyze best-selling products to request restocking from production * Assist in cash register control * Coordinate overall store operations * Ensure compliance with sanitary surveillance regulations **Working Hours:** * To be determined * 6 days on, 1 day off (including weekends and holidays) Salary: R$1.612,44 - R$2.650,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
