Values integrity, innovation, and teamwork **None:** Custodian Position **Work Location:** Castro \- PR **Job Responsibilities:** Clean and sanitize floors, furniture, windows, stairs, and other building facilities by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and using a floor buffer. Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms for employees and customers using detergents and bactericides. Restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels in CONDOR restrooms. Use air freshener in restrooms to mitigate strong odors. Organize meeting rooms, fire extinguishers, chairs, and tables in their designated locations. Remove trash from the cafeteria, restrooms, administrative areas, and other locations, replacing bags with new plastic trash bags. Collect disposed trash into larger bags for subsequent disposal at a pre\-designated location, per internal procedures. . **Skills and Requirements:** Prior experience as a custodian or in similar building maintenance and cleaning roles. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and minor repairs. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem\-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and courteously address residents'/tenants' needs. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and basic tools.
