Direct support to engineers and test analysts, as well as customer relationship management **Description:** ---------------- **Work Location:** Carambeí – Paraná (north of Ponta Grossa) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Work Mode:** On-site The professional will monitor test vehicles in the field, performing operational control of units under evaluation—including mileage driven, assembly and disassembly dates, intervention history, and component costs associated with testing—while being responsible for collecting and consolidating technical data for fuel and engine oil consumption analysis and studies, ensuring traceability and reliability of generated information. They will conduct monthly inspections on test vehicles, supporting anomaly detection, performing preliminary mechanical failure analyses, and reporting incidents in a structured manner to responsible teams. They will contribute to guided interviews with drivers and customers, gathering insights on vehicle usage, behavior, and real-world operating conditions, thereby strengthening the correlation between technical data and field application. They will provide direct support to engineering and test analysis teams, assisting in data organization, durability testing follow-up, and functional validation of vehicle components and systems. They will also engage in developing and strengthening positive relationships with customers and drivers involved in testing, ensuring effective communication, operational alignment, and continuity of field activities. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Completed technical education in related fields such as Automotive Maintenance, Electromechanics, or Diesel Mechanics; * Experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance; * Knowledge of automotive subsystems; * Intermediate MS Office proficiency. **Desirable:** * Currently pursuing or completed higher education; * Experience at truck dealerships; * Intermediate English proficiency.
