Job Summary: This position involves project planning and execution, supporting the preparation of reports, project and indicator monitoring, and assisting in the development of engineering projects. In this role, you will join a department focused on **project planning and execution**, composed of an engaged, collaborative, and challenging team. Your main responsibilities include **supporting the preparation of technical and administrative reports**, **assisting in project and indicator monitoring**, and **supporting the creation and development process of engineering projects**. This is a **third-party contracted internship position**, to be performed **on-site** at the Milk Processing Unit in **Castro/PR**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing **technical and administrative reports**. * Support **project and indicator monitoring**. * Support control of **construction records** and **execution inspections**. * Support **updating equipment and materials registries**. * Support control of **technical documents**, such as projects, technical drawings, specifications, and budgets. * Support **schedule control** and **project status tracking**. * Provide support in the **project creation and development process** within the Engineering department. * Support monitoring of **performance indicators**, including time, cost, and quality. * Assist in **non-conformance control** and tracking of **corrective actions**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed High School**; * **Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program** in **Engineering**: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Production; * **Availability to work during administrative hours**, from **08:00 to 11:00** and from **13:00 to 16:00**; * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**; * **Experience with administrative routines**; * **Resident of Castro, Piraí do Sul, or Carambeí**. **Additional Information** * **Internship stipend**; * **Access to the unit cafeteria**; * **Chartered transportation**; * **Contract managed by a consulting firm**; We are a cooperative built by people for people.
