In this opportunity, you will support the **Facilities warehouse management**, ensuring material organization, control, and correct movement in accordance with departmental procedures.
You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing items, ensuring accurate records, full material traceability, and strict compliance with all applicable regulations.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support administrative and financial management;
* Assist with monthly accounting closings;
* Control and organize documents, contracts, and records;
* Prepare management reports and performance indicators;
* Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and deadlines;
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes;
* Support annual budget development and monitor its accuracy;
* Update departmental procedures;
* Record fiscal documents and schedule payments.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Financial Management, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
* Familiarity with ERP systems;
* Knowledge of fiscal routines, document recording, and payment scheduling;
* Analytical ability to develop and monitor performance indicators;
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strict adherence to deadlines;
* Ability to handle confidential information;
* Proactive, structured profile with process-oriented thinking and focus on continuous improvement.
