A dynamic environment for professional development with strong interpersonal relationships. **ENGIE Brasil Energia is looking for a new** **talent to join the team!** **Transmission Maintenance Operator II \- Substation** We are seeking a **Transmission Maintenance Operator II**, responsible for performing local operation maneuvers coordinated with the remote operations team, isolating transmission systems and equipment, executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitoring operations remotely, observing potential operational anomalies on screen, and issuing appropriate reports and actions. **If you are proactive, possess strong interpersonal skills, and seek a dynamic environment for professional growth, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Record abnormalities identified in equipment and recommend corrective and preventive measures; register intervention controls and respective results in the Company’s operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate databases for reporting, KPIs, and decision-making support; * Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and special tests on critical-level equipment in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording information in the system; * Carry out operational activities both outdoors and in the control room, maintaining constant communication with the remote control area; operating, when required, electrical and electromechanical installations at transmission assets’ substations; * Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, following specific training for each piece of equipment; * Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment and systems until full restoration, including maneuvers performed at the SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance; * Implement operational-level actions required to comply with the Company’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy; * Work strictly within clearly defined internal procedures, documenting difficulties and non-compliance; participate in developing new procedures or reviewing existing ones together with leadership and/or the Operations technical team; * Conduct tests and trials on substation equipment. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT. * Substation equipment and systems \- intermediate level. * Health, safety norms and procedures, and applicable regulations \- intermediate level. * Integrated management system \- intermediate level. * Maintenance management tools and software, and technical documentation \- intermediate level. * Reading and interpreting equipment technical manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts \- intermediate level. * Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems \- intermediate level. * Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods, and techniques \- intermediate level. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email \- intermediate level. * Various administrative processes and routines within the field of activity \- intermediate level. **Desirable Attributes:** * English \- basic. **Interested in this challenge?
