In this role, you will be responsible for leading a production shift, ensuring process efficiency, product quality, and team safety. You will directly manage people, control costs, and implement improvements that drive factory performance. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Production Management:** Supervise the shift, assign tasks, monitor equipment and team performance, and ensure achievement of production, quality, and process efficiency targets. **People Management:** Lead and develop the team, foster a motivating environment, deliver feedback, conduct training, and apply disciplinary actions per internal policies. **Process and Cost Management:** Control resources and inputs, reduce waste, and implement improvements to optimize production processes. **Health and Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and elimination of unsafe conditions, promoting a safe workplace. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure conformity of produced cans by monitoring inspections and tests per established standards. **General Administration:** Control area costs, plan vacations, approve hires and salary adjustments, and assume responsibility for the factory in the absence of the Manager. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Process Management, or related fields; * Experience in production routines and industrial environments; * Experience in People Management and process optimization projects. * Availability to work on a 3x3 rotating schedule in Ponta Grossa/PR. **Additional Information** We value the well\-being, development, and quality of life of our employees.
