Guidance and support to operators and assistants We are looking for a **Production Operator I** with industrial experience to perform setup, operation, and monitoring of production machines and processes, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards. The professional will also be responsible for guiding and supporting less experienced operators and assistants. * Prepare and operate production machines, monitor performance, and make necessary adjustments * Correctly perform machine setups (injection, blow molding, screen printing, and labeling) and color setups using pigments and inks * Perform cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs, and technical interventions on machines and molds * Issue maintenance orders (MO) or intervention forms (IF) when equipment issues are identified * Control silo discharges and operate drawer and conveyor unlocking and automation * Support and guide less experienced operators and assistants to ensure correct process execution * Report deviations, failures, or incidents on the production line to leadership * Accurately complete machine inspection checklists (daily, weekly, biweekly) * Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM, and submit improvement cards when necessary.
