Opportunity to support and guide less experienced colleagues We are seeking a **Production Operator I**, with industrial experience, to prepare, operate, and monitor productive machinery and processes, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards. The professional will also be responsible for guiding and supporting less experienced operators and assistants. * Prepare and operate production machinery, monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments * Correctly perform machine setups (injection, blow molding, screen printing, and labeling) and color setups using pigments and inks * Perform cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs, and technical interventions on machinery and molds * Issue maintenance orders (MO) or intervention forms (IF) when equipment issues are identified * Monitor silo discharges and operate drawer and conveyor unlocking and automation * Support and guide less experienced operators and assistants, ensuring correct process execution * Report deviations, failures, or incidents on the production line to leadership * Accurately complete machine inspection checklists (daily, weekly, biweekly) * Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM, and submit improvement cards when necessary.
