PRODUCTION/LOGISTICS OPERATOR - EXCLUSIVE FOR PCD (IAM)

Description

Job Summary: This role involves operating production machinery, ensuring quality, managing raw materials, and maintaining production records, or performing logistic tasks like supplying production lines, inventory control, and material handling. Your tasks PRODUCTION OPERATOR: * Operate the cell machine daily; * Inspect the quality of produced parts using specific equipment; * Replenish required raw materials into the equipment; * Use and maintain all necessary PPE for your activities; * Complete production records according to established procedures; * Perform routine tasks in accordance with operational instructions and procedures. LOGISTICS OPERATOR: * Supply production lines; * Perform physical and SAP system-based transfers and replenishment; * Return unused items physically and systemically; * Assist in stock counting for inventory purposes; * FIFO control (perform replenishment and movements always respecting FIFO); * Collect material samples; * Assist in controlling blocked materials; * Keep the area organized; * Ensure correct labeling of volumes. Your profile BOTH ROLES: * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team; * Knowledge of 5S; * Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards and regulations. LOGISTICS OPERATOR: * Experience as a Logistics Operator; * Preferred: forklift operation training with certification of at least 20 hours; * Preferred: knowledge of SAP; * High school diploma.
