Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields; * Availability for on-site work Responsibilities: * Respond to and document support requests in the administrative system. * Classify requests according to urgency and client guidelines. * Notify when requests fall outside agreed-upon services and guide next steps. * Provide support via phone or remote access, following procedures to deliver complete solutions. * Resolve issues related to unauthorized access, malware, and software reinstallation. * Process and route requests concerning telecommunications, infrastructure, equipment damage, and data recovery. * Assist users in using installed software. * Ensure compliance with contractual metrics. * Close support tickets by recording solution details in the system. * Perform related duties. * Apply sustainable practices and suggest improvements for environmental performance. * Implement sustainability initiatives within the area.
