What will your day-to-day look like with us? - Perform maintenance and monitoring of network, computer, and printer infrastructure; - Install and configure systems, corporate applications, and software; - Provide first-level technical support to internal users, guiding and resolving questions regarding GMC, now(mada), Madaseg, insurer portals, and other tools used by the brokerage; - Manage inventory and equipment in the IT warehouse, ensuring organization and control of assets; - Create, administer, and maintain user accounts and access to internal platforms; - Track and log internal and external service requests, including coordination and follow-up with infrastructure and telecommunications service providers. What could set you apart for this role? - Basic knowledge of IT routines, such as hardware assembly and maintenance, software installation, networking, and information security; - Currently pursuing a degree (or technical course) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; - Proactivity, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn about Madatech’s developed solutions; - Interest in growing alongside an innovative team focused on technology for the insurance market. 2511050202231574045
