**Main responsibilities:** * Oversee activities of the Treatment, Packaging, and Dispatch Department at the Seed Processing Unit (UBS), leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and necessary support to achieve desired results. * Conduct periodic team meetings to monitor completed activities, identify improvement needs, and encourage and motivate the team to pursue quality in their work. * Train the team and monitor process performance. * Plan employee vacations and days off for the Department, as well as control absences and attendance, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. * Plan treatment, packaging, and dispatch activities for seeds. * Monitor seed treatment operations to ensure production orders are executed according to quality standards. * Monitor seed packaging and weighing into specified containers. * Monitor inventory control through reports and verification routines to ensure accuracy between physical and accounting records. * Direct loading and unloading activities according to the daily schedule. * Verify completion of daily production forms and controls in accordance with internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Willingness to reside in Ponta Grossa; * Knowledge of People Management. * Knowledge of Process Management. * Knowledge of Seed Production, including Treatment, Packaging, and Dispatch processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Planning and organizational skills; * Flexibility in working hours. **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
