Willingness to perform operational tasks The General Construction Helper will be responsible for supporting construction site operational activities, assisting the technical team in executing general services, organizing the construction site, transporting materials, and complying with safety regulations, thereby ensuring smooth progress of all activities at the construction site. **Responsibilities** * Assist in performing general construction tasks (masonry, concrete work, demolition, excavation, cleaning, etc.); * Transport, load, and organize materials, tools, and equipment; * Prepare and organize the construction site, keeping the area clean and safe; * Support professionals such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers; * Assist in assembling and disassembling structures and equipment; * Perform minor repairs and support tasks as instructed; * Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Use company-provided PPE correctly. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete elementary education; * Prior construction experience is a plus; * Willingness to perform operational tasks and work in a team; * Commitment, responsibility, and proactivity; * Availability to work on-site and, if necessary, overtime. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization; * Agility; * Teamwork; * Attention to safety regulations; * Good communication.
