If you are interested in working with **maintenance planning and control, process optimization, performance indicators management, and continuous improvement**, come join our team and contribute to Castrolanda's efficiency and innovation! **Responsibilities and duties** * Support **maintenance planning and control (MPC)** activities; * Assist in the **registration, tracking, and analysis of work orders**; * Contribute to the **monitoring of performance indicators** (such as machine availability, mean time between failures, and mean time to repair); * Support the **organization of preventive and predictive maintenance plans**; * Participate in **continuous process improvement initiatives**, applying concepts of **Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen**; * Provide support in the **preparation of technical reports**, parts and materials control; * Assist in the **standardization of maintenance procedures and routines**; * Collaborate with technical and administrative teams to ensure **operational efficiency and safety**. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in **Production Engineering** or related fields: * **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering**; * Interest in **maintenance management, industrial processes, and continuous improvement**; * Basic knowledge of **Excel** and/or **Power BI**; * Familiarity with **maintenance systems (ERP, CMMS, or control spreadsheets)** is desirable; * Understanding of **maintenance planning and control (MPC)**, **performance indicators**, and **cost management**; * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn in a technical environment. **Additional information** * Meal allowance \| on\-site cafeteria \| guaranteed power supply during working hours; * Transportation allowance or shuttle service \| you'll arrive here safely; * Development program and continuous training \| learning and growth are part of our daily routine.
