Job Summary: We are seeking a Driver's Assistant to ensure the sorting, delivery, and collection of linens while safeguarding material integrity and supporting the driver along assigned routes. Assist the driver with route execution and provide courteous customer service. **About the Opportunity:** We are seeking a **Driver's Assistant**, responsible for ensuring correct quantities, sorting, deliveries, and collections of linens—by unit—within established deadlines, maintaining material integrity during transportation, and contributing to vehicle organization, verification, and loading. Support the driver in route execution, delivering courteous customer service, and complying with safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Sort linen quantities by customer; * Load and unload trucks carrying clean or soiled linen bags or carts; * Sort, organize, and verify linen volumes according to delivery orders; * Prevent cross-contamination between clean and soiled linens; * Identify, label, or verify items per internal standards and workflows; * Verify delivery/collection invoices, control sheets, or spreadsheets; * Provide courteous and empathetic customer service; * Assist with additional department-related loading tasks, as needed; * Provide operational support for product transportation; * Maintain vehicle condition. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Experience with product deliveries **Working Hours:** Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
