Focus on organization, safety, and compliance with regulations **Position: LEADER / GENERAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR (OPERATIONAL)** **Work Location:** Tarumã Neighborhood, Curitiba (near DETRAN) **Employment Type:** CLT (Immediate Start) **ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:** We seek a hands-on leader to coordinate our Waste Treatment Center (WTC). The leader will ensure team productivity, adherence to work schedules, and technical quality in waste separation and disposal. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * **Team Management:** Lead general services assistants, guiding them on best practices for separation, safety, and organization; * **Schedule Control:** Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with the 6x1 work schedule; * **Center Operations:** Perform and supervise detailed waste separation (organic, recyclable, contaminated, lamps, batteries, and cells); * **Material Processing:** Operate and instruct on the use of waste compactors and balers; * **Technical Packaging:** Ensure all waste and bales are placed in correct containers (5m³ and 28m³) and properly labeled per legislation; * **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintain full order across the WTC area (storage and compaction). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience in **operational team leadership**; * Experience managing work schedules; * Experience in the **waste/cleaning sector** is considered a significant advantage; * Proactive, ethical profile with focus on occupational safety. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * **6x1 Schedule:** One fixed weekly day off + one Sunday per month; * **Working Hours:** 7:20 AM daily (1 hour 12 minutes break). **BENEFITS PACKAGE:** * **Fixed Remuneration:** BRL 2,710.20 (Base Salary BRL 2,062.00 + Hazard Pay BRL 648.20); * **Bonus:** BRL 250.00 (Attendance and Productivity); * **Meal Voucher:** BRL 30.00/day (credited to bank account); * **Additional Benefits:** Transportation Voucher (TV), Group Life Insurance, and Health Plan. **HOW TO APPLY:** Send your resume to **rh-3@aresdoparana.com.br** or contact via **WhatsApp (41) 9 9964-0469.** Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 2,000.00 – BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * 6x1 schedule (Mandatory) * Waste separation (Mandatory) * Leadership and area organization?
