We are looking for an Assembly Leader to work at a company specialized in solutions for the industrial sector, focusing on metal structures and storage systems. **Locations:** São José dos Pinhais/PR \| Ponta Grossa/PR \| São Paulo/SP **Responsibilities:** · Lead, guide, and develop the assembly team, ensuring good performance and organization of activities; · Plan and schedule assembly tasks, defining priorities and ensuring deadlines are met; · Supervise the assembly and installation of metal structures according to designs and specifications; · Ensure compliance with safety regulations, preventing accidents and rework; · Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment, optimizing resources and reducing waste; · Maintain constant communication with other departments, suppliers, and clients, ensuring alignment and smooth operations. **Requirements:** · Experience in team leadership; · Basic knowledge of manual and electric tools; · Availability for travel and fieldwork; · Experience in metal structure assembly is desirable. **Compensation and Benefits:** · Salary: R$ 3\.400,00 · Food Allowance: R$ 300,00 · Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance: R$ 250,00 · Unimed Health Insurance · Unimed Dental Insurance · Life Insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. \- Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Job type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$2\.255,00 per month
