




Job Summary: The professional will perform goods inspection and control, ensuring inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and actively preventing losses. Key Highlights: 1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with a 01:00 break Responsibilities: Conduct goods inspection—including quantity, quality, and compliance of received or shipped items—to ensure inventory accuracy. Document Control: verify that products match invoices, purchase orders, or other control documents. Recording and Control: enter inbound and outbound goods data into inventory management systems and spreadsheets. Organization and Identification: organize and label goods, and assist in product sorting for shipment. Discrepancy Identification: identify and report any damage, defects, or non-conformities found in goods. Loss Prevention: implement loss prevention measures to safeguard inventory integrity. Report Generation: prepare reports on inspection activities and inventory status for various departments. Maintain and update inspection records in an organized manner; communicate any issues or discrepancies to responsible departments for corrective action; support production and shipping departments; general organization, cleaning, sweeping, and maintenance of the area; and other duties appropriate to the position or as required by company demand.
