




Job Summary: A professional responsible for negotiating, contracting, and monitoring transportation suppliers, as well as managing incidents and ensuring freight payment, while maintaining constant communication with internal teams. Incident management and assurance of freight payment * Key Responsibilities: * Negotiate and contract transportation suppliers for cargo loading. * Monitor truck arrival for loading, release, and transit to the customer/destination; track carrier performance. * Generate performance and process-tracking information; serve as the basis for departmental KPIs. * Maintain constant communication with Logistics, Planning, Customer, and Commercial teams. * Address incidents arising from shipments.
