Job Summary: Assist in the creation and execution of content strategies, production of materials for various platforms, social media monitoring and performance analysis, with a focus on trends and internal collaboration. Monitor and engage with followers on social media. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Content Strategy Execution Support: Support the creation, planning, and execution of content strategies aligned with company objectives. Content Creation Support: Assist in producing creative content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), collaborating with the design team on images, videos, and other formats. Social Media Account Monitoring: Support monitoring, interaction, and engagement with followers on social media, ensuring consistency and relevance of posts. Performance Analysis: Assist in tracking campaign and post performance, providing data for continuous improvement. Trend Research: Support research into social media trends and innovations, identifying growth opportunities and emerging platforms. Internal Collaboration: Work alongside the content production team to ensure project execution aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fields related to Social Communication, such as Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines. Experience in content creation, Digital Communication, Social Media, or related areas. Certified courses in Digital Media, High Performance, and related fields are advantageous. Basic knowledge of web design and image/video editing (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and similar software). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge of Agile methodology, Kanban method, and concepts and practices of Growth Hacking are advantageous.
