Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating and maneuvering railway cars, conducting inspections, and operating heavy equipment while maintaining yard organization and cleanliness. Focus on safety and equipment inspection **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform railway car shunting between rail sidings; * Position railway cars for loading within the internal yard; * Conduct inspections and operate railway AMV equipment; * Perform daily inspections on machinery; * Maintain the factory yard clean and organized; * Perform earthmoving operations when necessary; * Perform coupling/uncoupling of railway cars under railway shunting supervision; * Load trucks and/or railway cars with bran using a front-end loader; * Assist in loading railway cars/trucks; * Clean the bran loading area and bran silo when necessary; * Comply with all unit safety regulations; **Requirements:** * Experience in railway operations, railway car handling, or truck and railway car loading; * Experience operating front-end loaders or heavy machinery; * Knowledge of equipment inspection and safety best practices; * **NR-11 – Front-End Loader Operation** training (considered a plus); * Availability to work rotating shifts if required. **Education:** * Completed elementary school; **Work Location:** Soy Crushing Unit in Ponta Grossa.
