Our External Plant team is growing—see more details about the position below. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise technical teams in the field (installation, maintenance, and expansion of optical/metallic networks); * Ensure proper execution of external network projects (FTTH, FTTx, backbone); * Monitor network infrastructure works on poles and conduits; * Coordinate splicing, terminations, and optical network testing (OTDR, Power Meter); * Perform technical inspections to ensure service quality and safety; * Manage schedules, productivity reports, SLA indicators, and material control; * Ensure compliance with Anatel regulations, NR10, NR35, and workplace safety policies; * Collaborate with engineering, project, and customer service departments; * Monitor and oversee third-party companies when necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical or higher education in Telecommunications, Networking, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience supervising field and external plant teams; * Knowledge of optical networks (FTTx), fiber splicing, optical testing, and OTDR reading; * Ability to read and interpret project drawings (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.); * Valid Class B driver's license; * Willingness to travel; * Familiarity with safety and infrastructure standards (NR10, NR35, Anatel, etc.). **Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including on-call shifts **We offer:** * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Medical and dental insurance * Meal and food allowance * Life insurance * PAS (VERO Social Assistance Program) * One day off during your birthday month * Corporate University * Totalpass (Discounts at Gyms/Sports) * PCD Child Allowance * Employee Internet Plan This position is open to applicants with disabilities (PCD).
