Onet Brasil is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Operational Supervisor to work at a large-scale client industry in Três Lagoas, MS. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise cleaning teams to ensure hygiene of common areas, offices, and restrooms. * Monitor cleaning service quality and verify compliance with established standards. * Manage the use of cleaning products and control material inventory. * Plan periodic and intensive cleaning schedules, including events and exceptional situations. * Oversee the sanitation of specific areas requiring technical procedures, such as equipment rooms, laboratories, or industrial facilities. * Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and protocols for technical cleaning. * Supervise the correct use of specific equipment, such as industrial cleaning machines or high-performance vacuum cleaners. * Supervise the maintenance of green areas, including pruning, irrigation, and waste removal. * Ensure proper use of gardening tools and equipment, such as lawn mowers and leaf blowers. * Monitor seasonal schedules for pest control and revitalization of green areas. * Guide and train employees on the proper use of equipment and adherence to protocols. * Manage work shifts and organize replacements in cases of absence. * Conduct regular meetings to align goals and resolve operational issues. * Monitor team performance indicators and implement corrective actions if necessary. • Report to the responsible manager any corrective maintenance situations or needs for equipment and material replacement. * Prepare activity reports and maintain communication with the client regarding service progress. • Ensure all activities comply with occupational safety regulations and current legislation. * Supervise the implementation of internal company policies and meet the client's contractual requirements. * Maintain frequent contact with the client to ensure satisfaction with the services provided. * Identify and resolve problems quickly to prevent impacts on the client's operations. * Propose process improvements to optimize results and add value to the contract. Requirements: * High school diploma (mandatory); • Technical or higher education in Facility Management, Administration, Engineering, or related fields is desirable. • Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising teams in cleaning, gardening, or facility services; • Experience managing contracts and providing customer service; • Prior knowledge in technical and/or building cleaning will be considered an advantage. • Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques (building and technical); • Basic knowledge of gardening and green area maintenance; • Knowledge in inventory management and use of industrial equipment such as trimmers, washers, and vacuums; • Knowledge of occupational safety regulations; • Leadership and team management; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Proactivity and problem-solving ability; • Organizational and task planning and prioritization skills; • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and planning; • Experience with facility control systems is a plus. • Flexible availability, including shifts and weekends if necessary; • Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) category B for travel between units or handling external demands; • Physical fitness and willingness to supervise operational field activities.
