If you possess leadership qualities, technical expertise, and seek to work with an established company recognized as a leader in the infrastructure sector, this may be the ideal opportunity for your career. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities; * Lead technical teams, assign tasks, and monitor service execution; * Ensure full functionality of structures and equipment; * Directly perform maintenance activities including: * Air conditioning systems; * Electrical services (bulb, socket, switch replacements, etc.); * Hydraulic maintenance; * Fencing and external infrastructure; * Structured cabling and telephony; * Equipment installation (projectors, TVs, etc.); * Layout modifications; * Painting, masonry, and carpentry services; * Raised floor and carpet adjustments; * Furniture and partition assembly, disassembly, and repair; * Support internal events and drills; * Perform other related activities necessary for smooth unit operations. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields; * Experience in building maintenance and team leadership; * Willingness to travel frequently; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills. **Benefits:** * Salary: +30% hazardous duty allowance; * Meal Allowance: BRL 25.00/day; * Food Allowance: BRL 163.83/month; * Transportation Allowance: BRL 11.80/day; * Medical assistance; Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License: Class B * Transportation Allowance * Medical assistance * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance
