If you identify with our purpose, this opportunity might be for you! **Position:** ASSISTANT II – SALES CONSULTANT **Contract Type:** Monthly employee **Number of Positions:** 01 **Location:** Três Lagoas/MS **Workload:** 40 hours per week **WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS MISSION:** Contribute to the development of sales strategies, goals, and the unit's quarterly course schedule; Participate in event planning, contributing to the definition of sales point layouts, displaying products and services, seeking to expand the network of relationships, customer portfolio, and promoting the corporate image; Participate in fairs and events promoted by the Institution; Carry out actions aimed at customer loyalty and strengthening customer relationships; Identify and record demands, new market niches, and labor market trends, interpreting data that may define new products; Act in the sales/commercial process and customer service, both internally in a passive manner by receiving customers at operational units, as well as actively by working externally, conducting visits and corporate customer service; Participate in trainings, workshops, and meetings promoted by the Institution to collaborate in defining work processes; Perform necessary negotiations to close sales, using established price policy margins and guidelines as reference; * Perform other related activities of the same nature and equivalent levels of responsibility and complexity; Comply with current legislation, institutional rules, and regulations. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WE EXPECT FROM YOU ******REQUIREMENTS****** Completed High School; Desirable: ongoing higher education in areas such as administration, marketing, sales management, or related fields; Experience in customer relationship activities, focusing on active sales, including serving individual and corporate clients in a corporate context, prospecting clients, selling products and services, promoting products and services; Desirable experience in selling educational products; Knowledge of technological tools (Office 365); Desirable experience in planning events, fairs, or promotional campaigns; Knowledge of customer loyalty processes and market opportunity identification; Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; Ability to interpret market data and identify trends; Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations; Desirable knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and sales management tools; Ability to contribute to planning sales strategies and goals; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners; Proactive attitude and customer service orientation; Valid National Driver's License (CNH) category "B"; Availability to work morning/afternoon shifts (08h – 11h – 13h – 18h); Flexibility for occasional weekend work; Availability for training sessions and travel.
