Job Mission: Ensure that equipment, fleet, warehouse, and operational areas are clean, organized, functional, and safe by directly supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities, technical cleaning of machinery, workshop organization, and execution of operational and external services — thereby contributing to fleet efficiency, safety, and availability. Key Responsibilities and Duties: \- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment; \- Perform technical cleaning, washing, and preservation of machines, tools, and vehicles; \- Conduct basic inspections and entry/exit checklists for equipment; \- Support workshop, warehouse, and yard organization, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards; \- Carry out low-complexity mechanical, electrical, and building repairs; \- Assist in equipment, cargo, and material handling; \- Perform external services such as parts pickup/delivery and supplier support; \- Support basic fleet management (cleaning, refueling, and simple checks); \- Contribute to organization, proper waste disposal, and sound environmental practices; \- Complete operational records and assist in material and supply inventory control. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed High School Education * Experience in operational activities, basic maintenance, or similar roles; * Basic knowledge of tools, maintenance, and workshop routines; * Familiarity with organization, cleanliness, and occupational safety; * Availability for external and operational tasks; * Proactive, responsible profile with good physical stamina; * Ability to work in a team and follow standards and procedures. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience in maintenance of machinery or equipment (e.g., yellow line equipment, aerial platforms); * Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, or hydraulics; * Experience in workshops, yards, or similar operations; * Driver's License (especially Category B); * Knowledge of 5S practices and operational environment organization; * Basic courses in maintenance, NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras), or occupational safety. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Unimed Health Plan * Uniodonto Dental Plan * TotalPass (gyms) * Career and Compensation Plan * Life Insurance * Sesc Partnership * Educational Subsidy **Work Location:** ---------------------- Três Lagoas \- Mato Grosso do Sul **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 08:00 \| 12:00 \| 13:30 \| 18:00
