Prepare and submit warranty claims to the vehicle manufacturer in accordance with factory guidelines, maximizing revenue inflow for the Enzo Group business unit. * Prepare and submit warranty claims for products and services, and manage reimbursement/substitution requests, ensuring submission of all required documents per established manual guidelines; * Review service orders related to warranty claims and verify completion of mandatory fields to ensure dossier approval; * Monitor warranty claim approvals to minimize rejections and/or reversals; * Manage the shipping process for warranty parts according to predefined procedures, preventing damage caused by improper removal or use of inappropriate tools; * Ensure organized management of warranty processes and other departmental documentation, guaranteeing timely access to information when required.
