Manage the department team: hiring, scheduling, vacations, development plans, performance monitoring, feedback, conflict management, etc. Strategically manage the team by monitoring sales results, providing feedback to redirect performance and outcomes to ensure targets are met. Manage the store's visual merchandising according to company standards. Plan and execute the schedule of commercial activities, creating strategies that enable achieving and boosting store results. Plan and conduct training and initiatives to enhance team performance and motivation, refining the team to focus on results. Perform store opening, closing, and cash register reconciliation according to company procedures. Manage product pricing in the store, ensuring price tags and promotions follow the standard format defined by the company. Perform bank deposits related to cash operations, complying with company procedures. Prepare and submit managerial expense reports for accounting with the finance department. Strategically adjust store inventory by monitoring product turnover, ABC curve, delivery lead times, promotions, and other factors. Monitor merchandise receiving and restocking according to company procedures. Plan and implement preventive measures to track and control product expiration dates. Manage other administrative store tasks: product exchanges, customer refunds, employee vouchers, invoice issuance, and other activities. Follow company security procedures for safeguarding cash and deposit bags, ensuring proper use and accountability to relevant departments. Establish an active network with brand representatives and promoters to create strategic partnerships. Monitor the validity of store operating licenses (fire department, health inspection, fire extinguishers). Manage internal and external conflicts when necessary, acting impartially and empathetically to maintain a harmonious work environment for employees and customers. Report relevant situations and demands to the direct supervisor. Comply with company rules, policies, and guidelines, and protect confidential information. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. Retail sales experience is desirable; Knowledge required in: Commercial Management. Sales Strategy.
