The professional will play a pivotal role in managing production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and high performance. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor all stages of the production process, ensuring adherence to the production plan, operational efficiency, and resource availability. * Assume technical responsibility (RT) for the production area, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards, applicable legislation, sanitary requirements, and internal quality standards. * Lead, develop, and guide operational teams, fostering engagement, operational discipline, and high performance. * Monitor performance indicators (OEE, productivity, losses, yield, shift efficiency, absenteeism) and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement projects. * Identify bottlenecks and opportunities within the process, leading optimization initiatives, waste reduction, and standardization of production routines. * Prepare management reports, technical analyses, and present results to management. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering. * Active registration with CREA. * Solid experience in industrial production management within the food industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * On-site cafeteria Compensation: R$12\.000,00 \- R$15\.000,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Provide your CPF number for registration. * What is your salary expectation?
