Must master the product, apply persuasion, rapport, and storytelling techniques to increase conversion rates. It is essential to record and track stages in the CRM, collaborate with other teams to maintain an efficient and predictable sales pipeline, achieve (and exceed) monthly conversion and revenue targets, and participate in continuous training and feedback sessions to improve performance. **Prerequisites** High school diploma **Main Tasks and Responsibilities** Close sales with qualified leads generated by the pre\-sales team (BDR); Deeply understand the product and customer profile, conducting consultative and strategic negotiations; Use persuasion, rapport, and storytelling techniques to increase conversion rates; Monitor and update the CRM with the progress of each negotiation; Work in synergy with support teams, ensuring a smooth and predictable sales pipeline; Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets; Participate in weekly trainings and feedback sessions for continuous improvement. **Technical Skills** Familiarity with CRM and digital sales tools.
