THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under CNPJ/MF numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, hereby announce, through their EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes—including any updates or corrections—and its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Practical Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** As required by the Operational Unit **SALARY:** R$ 26\.35 **UNIT:** Avenida Julio Ferreira Xavier, Jardim Alvorada | Três Lagoas MS - 79610320 **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts essential skills related to obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver’s licenses, authorizations, and advanced vehicle operation training; also facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). TRAFFIC INSTRUCTOR COURSE accredited by CONTRAN. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: (Diploma or valid Certificate — validity up to 5 years from the Certificate issuance date). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED COURSES:** Collective Passenger Transport Vehicle Drivers, Indivisible Cargo Transport, School Transport — issued by institutions accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of the course Diploma/Certificate (WITHIN VALIDITY PERIOD). VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE CATEGORY D OR E — WITH MINIMUM 1 (ONE) YEAR IN THAT CATEGORY. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: Copy of current driver’s license. NO GRAVE OR EXTREMELY SERIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST 60 (SIXTY) DAYS AND NO SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE NATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH). Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: Copy of the “no records” certificate issued by DETRAN. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE DELIVERING PRACTICAL CLASSES FOR BUSES AND/OR TRUCKS AND/OR SEMI-TRAILERS. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of duties; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly linking the role to the position sought (only if CTPS entry title matches the position required in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying duties performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
