Come be part of this transformation with us! **Location: Águas Castilho \- Castilho SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Verify and update customer registrations on-site through the system; * Identify customer needs, clarify doubts, resolve issues, ensuring proper customer guidance and contributing to business continuity; * Be responsible for maintaining and returning reading equipment to the sector supervisor; * Perform tap seal (notification of water supply interruption) and curb stop cutoff (water supply interruption – placement of seal), at required locations, according to service orders (SO); * Reconnect after curb stop cutoff and perform new connections, meeting customer needs; * Conduct reading reviews (meter readings verification), ensuring accurate information and numbers; * Conduct self-consumption inspections; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, observing safety and traffic regulations; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and 5S methodology). **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Desired: Basic Office package skills; * Good communication skills; * Knowledge in sanitation; * Valid and permanent Class B driver's license (CNH B); At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to promote an ethical and inclusive culture.
