




Description: Support and perform daily activities related to handling, processing, preparing, and organizing documentation. Main Responsibilities: \*Perform technical archiving tasks; \*Handle and organize physical and electronic documentation; \*Prepare documentation for external storage; \*Manage document loan and return control, research, document access control, loans, returns, registration, pre\-allocation, and create control spreadsheets; \*Structure technical archives; \*Organize documentation on shelves, sliding cabinets or drawers, following the organizational criteria adopted at the Unit; \*Organize physical format documents for external storage and/or other units according to corporate rules and standards when necessary; \*Prepare documents and folders in boxes for external storage and/or other units, according to corporate rules and standards; \*Fill out the Document Storage and Retrieval System (SGAI) or any other external storage system currently used by the client; \*Arrange shipment of sealed and labeled boxes to external storage via collection requests and/or transfers between client units; \*Scan documents such as delivery records of completed services, research, and supply; \*Scan documents upon specific requests; \*Plot documents according to the structure provided by the client; \*Provide user support, clarifying doubts regarding document issuance and the use of client procedures and regulations; \*Perform internal coding control for document issuance; \*Clarify questions about the use of GED/EDMS tools used in \*Project implementations, business areas, and other departments; \*Conduct document research and supply; \*Ensure that the reference collection is up to date; \*Verify received documentation; \*Register documentation (create records, perform check\-out, check\-in of new documents and reservations); \*Digitize documents using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology when they are part of specific document processing and organization projects; \*Compile technical documents into data books using markers and OCR for quick search within compiled data books; \*Verify electronic and paper documents in electronic document management systems for subsequent inclusion if necessary; \*Check digital and physical copies of data books issued by contracted companies against the content of sections defined in contract annexes and technical specifications.
