Receive materials delivered by suppliers, verifying compliance with purchase orders and recording them in the Protheus system. Prepare and organize materials for shipment, ensuring correct identification and documentation of inventory withdrawals. Prepare general operational reports and spreadsheets on inventory performance, highlighting key indicators\-such as inventory turnover, accuracy, and service levels. Analyze data from the Protheus system to identify opportunities for improvement in inventory control processes and propose corrective and preventive actions. Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams, providing up-to-date inventory information to support planning and decision-making. Provide support in administration, HR, finance, and logistics (depending on the type of contract). Manage vehicle fleet (fueling, general maintenance). Assign tasks to electrician technicians' team and ensure operational efficiency (depending on the type of contract). Contribute to the effectiveness of the workplace safety program with installation teams, as well as control PPE used in activities.
